About topfaves.net

topfaves.net has more than 1,400 lists of movies, TV shows, actors, soccer players, places to visit and much more, ranked by visitor votes. Each list answers a simple question, such as which dinosaur movies are the best or which cities in Romania are worth seeing.

How it works

Next to each item in a list there are two arrows: up if it deserves its place, down if it does not. You vote without an account, and the order changes after every vote. The full calculation is explained on How the rankings work.

Where the information comes from

Information about movies and TV shows comes from TMDb and Wikipedia. The descriptions of places and people are written from public sources, and each photo shows its author and license.

topfaves.net in Romanian

topfaves.net is the English version of Topi.ro, a Romanian site with the same lists. Votes are shared, so a vote on one site counts on the other too. The flag in the header takes you to the same page in the other language.
