Annunciation Church in Topârcea
Topârcea, Ocna Sibiului, Sibiu
The Church of the Annunciation in Topârcea, a village belonging to the town of Ocna Sibiului, was built around 1762. It is 26 meters long, almost 10 meters wide and has a tower 23 meters high.
The years of repairs are written on the tower: 1843, 1902 and 1926. In the tower there are traces of a small chapel, with an altar painted in fresco. The church is a historical monument.
