Bobby Charlton

Bobby Charlton was one of the great English footballers, appreciated for his clever passes and powerful shots with both feet. He became a symbol of Manchester United, with whom he won the European Champions Cup in 1968. With the England national team, he won the world title in 1966, the year in which he also received the Ballon d'Or. His game combined the elegance of a midfielder with the efficiency of a scorer.
