Church at the Inn in Câmpina
Câmpina, Prahova
The Church of the Inn in Câmpina, dedicated to the Dormition of the Virgin Mary, is a landmark of the old city center. The current building dates from 1833 and continues the history of an older religious foundation. The porch, the exterior painting and the spire can be seen from the courtyard.
The locally known name keeps the connection with the old commercial life of Câmpina. The church is a historical monument and remains a church used by the community. Visiting the interior must be adapted to the schedule of services and access conditions of the parish.
