Colibița Lake
Colibița, Bistrița-Năsăud
Lake Colibița is located in Bistrița Bârgăului commune, Bistrița-Năsăud county, between wooded slopes. The landscape takes in the Călimani Mountains and the roads that run along the reservoir's shores. Trails to Bistricioru and Piatra lui Orban, described by the local administration, start near Colibița village. Lakeside stops and mountain hikes should be planned separately, depending on their duration and difficulty. Access to the water varies along the shore, and water sports depend on the operators' rules. For mountain trails, check the trail markings and the weather.
