Jordan Cavanaugh (Jill Hennessy) is a forensic pathologist in Boston who, haunted by her mother's murder, is not content with autopsies: she wants to find the killers herself. Alongside her are her boss, Dr. Garret Macy (Miguel Ferrer), her colleagues at the morgue and the detectives working the cases. Created by Tim Kring, the series aired on NBC for six seasons, from 2001 to 2007.
