Dormition of the Mother of God Orthodox Church in Oravița
Oravița, Caraș-Severin
The Orthodox Church of the Dormition of the Mother of God in Oravița was built between 1781 and 1784, in the town that was then the center of gold and copper mines in mountainous Banat.
It has a yellow facade with a tall tower with a bulb-shaped roof. The church is a historical monument.
