Elsa

Frozen

Heir to the throne of Arendelle, Elsa can create and control ice and snow, and on the evening of her coronation she accidentally covers the kingdom in an endless winter. She appears in Frozen (2013) and its 2019 sequel, voiced by Idina Menzel, who was praised especially for the song “Let It Go”. The character is based on the Snow Queen from Hans Christian Andersen's Danish fairy tale.
