Geneva is a city in western Switzerland, located at the exit of the Rhone from Lake Geneva. The Jet d'Eau fountain and the Saint-Pierre cathedral are two of its well-known landmarks. The old town, parks and lakeside promenades combine historical heritage with alpine scenery.
