The Glen of Imaal Terrier is a rare Irish terrier from the Glen of Imaal valley in County Wicklow. It is a "big dog on short legs": short, strong, with slightly curved front legs. It is brave when needed, but otherwise gentle and docile, quieter than most terriers and very affectionate.
