The Griffon Fauve de Bretagne is one of the oldest French hounds, with a very rough reddish coat from Brittany. Until the nineteenth century it was used to hunt wolves. He is a passionate, brave and tenacious hunter, but with people he is good, sociable, affectionate and balanced.
