Havana Brown
United Kingdom, USA
The Havana Brown is a breed with a short, uniform chocolate brown coat, bright green eyes and all-brown whiskers. It was created in Britain in the 1950s from Siamese cats that carried the chocolate gene and black cats. Breeders call it "Brownie", after the house elf in Scottish folklore. She is intelligent, affectionate and sociable and often uses her paws to "talk" to people.
