Holy Trinity Church in Golești
Golești, Ștefănești, Argeș
The Church of the Holy Trinity is located next to the noble court of the Golescu family, in Golești, a locality that belongs to the city of Ștefănești. It was built in 1646, in the time of Matei Basarab, by Stroe Leurdeanu and his wife, Vișa.
The facades have registers of blind arches, and the high roof accentuates its elongated shape. Nearby is the Golești Museum, set up in the family's old mansion.
