Honor

Honor was launched in 2013 as a Huawei sub-brand for mid-range phones sold mainly online. After the US government ban in May 2019, which blocked Google apps on these phones, Huawei sold the brand entirely in November 2020. The new owner is a group of 30 Chinese companies whose main shareholder belongs to the city of Shenzhen.
