The TV show "House"

House is an American medical drama series. It centers on Dr. Gregory House, an unconventional, arrogant and misanthropic medical genius who leads a team of diagnosticians at the fictional Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital (PPTH) in New Jersey. House often clashes with his boss, hospital administrator and Dean of Medicine Dr. Lisa Cuddy, and his medical team because many of his theories about patients’ illnesses rely on controversial intuition. His only friend is Dr. James Wilson. House’s unconventional thinking and unfailing instincts earn him the respect of everyone who knows him. Often, he is the only person who can piece together patients’ problems and save their lives.
