Ion Oblemenco

Ion Oblemenco was one of the great strikers of Romanian football and a symbol of Universitatea Craiova. Nicknamed "The Gunner", he was known for his powerful shots and scoring instincts. He won the top scorer title of the first league four times and contributed to Craiova's first championship in 1974. His goals and connection with the supporters made his name remain closely linked to the city and the team.
