Kefalonia
Greece
Kefalonia (Cephalonia) is the largest of the Ionian Islands and the sixth largest island in Greece. Its best-known sights include the underground lake of Melissani, the Drogarati cave, Myrtos beach and the fishing villages of Fiskardo and Assos. In August 1953, a series of earthquakes destroyed almost every house on the island.
