Lion

Adult males have a thick mane on the head, shoulders and chest, and both sexes have a dark tuft at the tip of the tail. Today the lion lives only in sub-Saharan Africa and India, in grasslands, savannas and shrublands. It is a cat that lives in groups made up of related females, cubs and one or a few males, and the females usually hunt together.
