Monument Park in Brăila
Monument Park is located in the southwestern part of Brăila and includes long paths, mature trees and spaces dedicated to recreation. Its name preserves the memory of a monument erected in the nineteenth century, which no longer exists. For the visitor, the attraction today is the green ensemble, suitable for a longer walk than a simple crossing of a central square.
The Natural Sciences Section of the Brăila museum is also located in this perimeter, and the sports areas add other orientation points. The public paths allow the discovery of the park in sections, among the trees and its facilities. Visiting the museum or using the sports facilities is checked separately, while a walk through the green space can remain an independent activity.
