Nokia

Nokia began in 1865 as a pulp mill in Finland, and for a decade starting in 1998 it was the world's largest maker of mobile phones. In 2014 it sold its phone division to Microsoft. Since December 2016, Nokia phones have been made under licence by the Finnish company HMD Global, set up by former Nokia executives.
