Olomouc is a city in the heart of the Moravian region in the eastern Czech Republic, and was once its capital. The central square is home to the Holy Trinity Column, included in the UNESCO heritage, and the astronomical clock on the town hall. St. Wenceslas Cathedral, baroque fountains and university buildings complete the historic center.
