The movie "Pacific Rim: Uprising" 2018

The global conflict between alien monsters and the supermachines built by man to defeat them was only a prelude to the general assault on humanity that takes place in Pacific Rim 2: Uprising. John Boyega (Star Wars: The Force Awakens) is the rebel Jake Pentecost, a once-promising Jaeger pilot, whose legendary father gave his life to ensure humanity's victory against the monstrous Kaiju. Since then, Jake has abandoned his pilot training, and let himself get caught up in the dangerous underworld. But when an even more aggressive threat is unleashed to destroy our cities, and bring our world to its knees, Jake gets one last chance to follow in his father's footsteps, from his sister, Mako Mori (Rinko Kikuchi), who leads a new generation of pilots raised in the shadow of war.
