Patterdale Terrier
United Kingdom (England)
The Patterdale Terrier is a small hunting terrier, originally from Patterdale, in the Lake District (England), a descendant of terriers from the north of England from the beginning of the eighteenth century. Wikipedia says it is primarily a working terrier, bred to take on game head-on, in tight quarters. It is not recognized by the FCI or the British Kennel Club; his standards are those of American clubs (PTCA, UKC, ADBA).
