Petőfi Sándor Park in Sovata
Sovata, Mureș
Petőfi Sándor Park is a green space in Sovata resort, Mureș county. Its name comes from the bust of the poet Sándor Petőfi, made by the sculptor Vince Bocskay, an artist based in Sovata. The monument is placed among the trees and park facilities, next to the alleys and benches used for rest.
The bust provides a cultural landmark in a walk through the resort, and the vegetation and paths make up the promenade space. In the summer season, the park hosts concerts and shows.
