The Roman Catholic Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary is at 12 Hristo Botev Street in Giurgiu. It was built between 1930 and 1933 with the support of Belgians, Italians, French, Germans, Hungarians and Austrians who came to work in the port of Giurgiu.
The parish was founded in 1875. The church is a historical monument.
