Siberian Husky

USA
The Siberian Husky is a medium-sized Spitz-type sled dog with a thick double coat, erect triangular ears and blue, brown or different colored eyes. Wikipedia says it was created by the Chukchi people of the Russian Far East. The FCI standard describes it as friendly and gentle, but attentive and sociable, without the possessive instincts of a guard dog.
