Snow White

Disney's first feature film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937), tells the story of a princess whose stepmother, a queen jealous of her beauty, wants her dead; the girl hides in the forest cottage of the seven dwarfs. The character comes from the fairy tale collected by the Brothers Grimm in 1812, and her original voice is Adriana Caselotti's. She is the first Disney Princess and the first fictional female character with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
