Șugaș Băi

Șugaș Băi is the resort in the wooded area near Sfântu Gheorghe, about ten kilometers from the city center. Mineral water springs and natural carbon dioxide emissions were the basis of its spa development. The buildings and facilities are grouped in a valley surrounded by wooded hills.

Walking and cycling routes can be followed around the resort, and in winter the two ski slopes attract snow sports enthusiasts. Some activities depend on the season and the opening of the facilities. The surrounding forests and the short distance from Sfântu Gheorghe allow the resort to be included in a day trip. Check the operators’ requirements separately before using the treatment or sports facilities.
