Teleajen Valley Ethnography Museum
Vălenii de Munte, Prahova
The Museum of Ethnography of the Teleajen Valley operates in the renovated annex of the Missionary School, established by Nicolae Iorga in 1922 at Vălenii de Munte. The fitting-out works started in the autumn of 2001.
The exhibition is dedicated to woolen fabrics from the Teleajen Valley. Visitors can follow, one by one, the stages of traditional wool processing, up to the fabrics used in the home and as decoration.
