Toledo
Castile-La Mancha, Spain
Toledo is a city in central Spain, set on a hill surrounded by a meander of the Tagus River. The cathedral, the Alcázar fortress and the old synagogues are its landmarks. The narrow streets and historic buildings preserve the traces of the Christian, Jewish and Muslim communities that shaped the city.
