The movie "Toy Story 2" 1999

Toy Story 2 follows the adventures of Andy's toys, left home alone while he is away at camp. Things take an unexpected turn when toy collector Al McWhiggin kidnaps Woody. In Al's apartment, Woody discovers that the television show Woody's Roundup has made him highly valuable, and meets the other valuable toys from the show: cowgirl Jessie, the horse Bullseye and Stinky Pete the Prospector. Back at the scene of the crime, Buzz Lightyear and the other toys from Andy's room—Mr. Potato Head, Slinky Dog, Rex the dinosaur and Hamm—devise a plan to rescue their friend before he becomes a museum exhibit. The toys stumble from one predicament into another as they try to bring Woody home before Andy returns.
