The movie "Underworld" 2003

AN IMMORTAL BATTLE FOR SUPREMACY. For centuries, two races have evolved in parallel, hidden among humans: sophisticated, aristocratic vampires and brutal, fearless werewolves. To mortals, their existence is a horrifying story, a myth. But the two species are rivals in a struggle for survival, having sworn to wage a war to the death until only one race remains on Earth. Amid this ongoing conflict, a vampire warrior, Selene (Kate Beckinsale), discovers that the werewolves are plotting to kidnap a human, a young doctor. After following Michael (Scott Speedman) throughout the city, she realizes that an unnatural bond has formed between them. When the werewolves attack, Selene is there to stop them from achieving their goal at any cost.
