Wooden Church in Pintic
Pintic, Cluj
The wooden church of the Holy Archangels in Pintic, a village belonging to the municipality of Dej, was built between 1822 and 1825. The walls are made of fir beams joined in a dovetail, without nails, placed on a stone foundation.
The entrance porch has six pillars connected by arches decorated with rhombuses and rosettes. The royal doors of the iconostasis are decorated with vine leaves and bunches of grapes.
