Zebra

Every zebra has its own unique pattern of black and white stripes, and most evidence suggests the stripes keep biting flies away. There are three living species, all in eastern and southern Africa, in savannas, grasslands, woodlands and mountains. Zebras graze on grass and are hunted mainly by lions, which they flee from, but they also defend themselves by biting and kicking.
